        The Five Jumeirah provides excellent customer service, a stunning room with a balcony, and a vibrant restaurant and bar. the spa offers a perfect massage experience, and the car parking service is efficient. Buffet meals are fantastic, and the environment is quiet and relaxing. a genuine and clean hotel with great breakfast options.

        Hour check-in delay. Cold pool water.

        As for me, rooms were spotless and bright with the view, they offered wake-up service. There were an electronic key card, coffee/tea makers and a TV provided. You could leave a car on-site.

        I had 2 nights in Dubai, spending the time here lovely. The rooms turned out to be bright and tidy with three beds, nice view, great interior.

        The breakfast I was offered was very limited; it could be far better.

        Warmly welcomed by staff, especially Tash at the pool, who provided excellent service. Clean and comfortable rooms with nice bed linen. Will definitely return to the Five Jumeirah!

        Check-in wait: 1.5 hours. Kitchen lacked utensils: no cutlery, cups, or plates.
